-          Waist: measure around your waist line. Keep the tape comfortably loose when measuring

-          Hips: measure around the fullest part of the hip

Determine Your Size: E.g. measure around smallest part of waist, if hip measurement is 17 cm or greater than your waist measurement - it's advisable to go up a size ie. Size L for panty or
