Where can I buy XIXILI products?

XIXILI products can be purchased online right here at www.xixili-intimates.com, or at other leading e-marketplaces in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Turkey. Our goods are also sold at our boutiques and counters across Malaysia and Vietnam. Check out our store listing at store-locator.

How can I pay for my order?

Our payment gateway accepts both Malaysian and International debit and credit cards and Malaysian online banking and e-wallets. All transactions will be transacted in Ringgit Malaysia.

For Malaysian cardholders, please do ensure that your Malaysian debit or credit card is 3D secure enabled. Often, it is not enabled by default for Malaysian debit cards. This extra security measure can easily be arranged by contacting your bank and to have them enable it for your online transactions.

We also offer Atome as a payment option, where you will be able to essentially Buy Now, Pay Later by dividing your total bill amount into 3 interest-free instalments. You will be charged in 3 equal instalments over 3 months with 0% interest, with no admin fees, mark-ups or hidden charges.

Paying with Atome - on a 3 part instalment plan? How does it work?

If you are making your purchase with Atome, you will also have the flexibility of using any card (credit or debit) from any bank around the world. However, please take note that you must be a resident in Malaysia - proof of residency via a Malaysian mobile phone number and a Malaysian billing and shipping address will be required. XIXILI accepts Atome at both our online store and at all XIXILI boutiques.

Just check out and select Atome as your payment method. You’ll be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete your order. For first-time users, please enter your details to create a Atome account. The account creation will only take you less than a minute.

No application is necessary. There are no processing fees. You pay what you see! The full payment is divided into three equal instalments. If you are using a credit card for payment, only the single instalment amount counts against your credit limit.

Atome will send you reminders via email and text messages before your payment due date. Instalments will be charged automatically on the due date so you need not worry about late repayment. The only fees Atome may charge are for late repayment fees for missed payments, this often happens in the case of an expired card or insufficient funds. Atome will send you a notification informing if an automatic payment has failed.

Are returns and exchanges allowed?

Due to hygiene reasons, only bras, sleepwear and slips are accepted for our 14 calendar day exchange policy via our online webstore or at any XIXILI boutique in Malaysia, except at Premium Outlets. Panties, shapewear, and all accessories will not be accepted. Clearance priced items for all items including bras and slips will also not be accepted for returns or exchanges. For clarity, items listed in your invoice in UPPERCASE / CAPITAL LETTERS ARE EXCHANGEABLE. And, items listed in lowercase letters are not exchangeable.

We urge you to refer to our XIXILI size chart to determine your best-fit size before making your purchases. Also, if convenient, we would highly recommend that you pop by any one of our stores or counters across Malaysia and Vietnam for a complimentary Perfect FIT session by our expert fitters who are professionally trained to give you an uplifting experience. Exchanges are accepted for change of mind, size and/or colour requests for bras, slips and sleepwear. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. A product exchange can either be exchanged in-store at any XIXILI boutique nationwide or via an online exchange with return shipping borne by customer.

To submit for a product exchange request, please submit your request via email to shoponline@xixili-intimates.com.

*Please note:

- Merchandise must be in good condition and unused upon return.

- Product(s) exchange in store will be issued as store credit base on net amount paid (final paid price after discount) and must be utilize on the same day.

- For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given

- For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, customer will be required to pay the difference.

- Any voucher, coupon code and promotions applied on initial invoice/ receipt will not be reissued for any exchanges/return made

- For online exchange, customer will bear the return shipping fee to XIXILI, and a store credit will be issued into your XIXILI webstore account for you to re-purchase your exchanged item

- Strictly no refunds for any shipping & handling charges.

- Strictly no cash refunds will be entertained.

- XIXILI reserves the rights to withhold any store credits if your original item has not reached our warehouse.

For an offline XIXILI in-store boutique exchange, you may exchange your item at any XIXILI boutique in Malaysia , except for at Genting Highlands Premium Outlet and Johor Premium Outlet. Please bring your item to be exchanged to the store with a copy of your invoice. Your invoice need not be printed out.

For an online exchange, we will inspect and notify you once we have received your returned item. You will be notified via email on the status of your exchange after receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse. If your return is approved, we will credit store credit to your account on the XIXILI webstore for you to make a new purchase. Please note shipping fees may be applicable to your exchanged product shipment if free shipping thresholds are not met. What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We do our utmost to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, should you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, please email us at shoponline@xixili-intimates.com., so that we can urgently review the matter for you!

What if the wrong product has been delivered to me?

If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, please email us at shoponline@xixili-intimates.com. within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, so that we can urgently review the matter for you and re-ship to you the correct product!

How will refunds be processed?

Should a refund be given due to our inability to fulfill an order, the refund amount will be credited back in to the credit card or bank account used to make the original purchase, or via store credit. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statements.

If payment was made via Atome as a payment option, a partial refund of your order will be issued and refunded by offsetting the refund amount against your next instalment's repayment. Unless you do not have any outstanding instalments in your account, the amount will then be refunded back into your card (credit) or bank account (debit). For a full refund, the amount will be refunded back to the card (credit) or bank account (debit) directly, via the same you card or bank account you had initially used. Typically, the whole process through Atome will take up to 14 business days for the amount to be reflected in your bank statements.

Where does XIXILI deliver? What about international orders?

At the moment, www.xixili-intimates.com ships within Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia and into Singapore. We ship using Ninja Van for both Malaysia and Singapore.

You will enjoy free shipping across Malaysia for orders above RM180, and free shipping into Singapore for orders above RM450. Shipping charges, if incurred, will be calculated and confirmed at the end of your order, before the final payment.

Please note, however, that there are some no-delivery zones within Singapore. To view the list of no-delivery postcodes, please click here. Not to worry though, should you face an issue when inputting your postcode into the shipping and delivery address on your order, you may email us at shoponline@xixili-intimates.com., and we can organise a separate delivery service for you!

When will my order arrive?

We usually ship out within 3-5 working days within Malaysia. For Singapore, please allow 5-7 working days. You will receive your tracking number only once your order is ready to be shipped out by our warehouse.

Should there be an off-chance that there may be a significant shipping delay, we will contact you personally with a shipping delay notice.

How can I track my order?

Currently, all XIXILI orders to Malaysia and Singapore are fulfilled by Ninja Van. To track your order delivery, please log into your XIXILI account, or at Ninja Van. Please note that you will receive your tracking number via email or in your XIXILI account only once your order is ready to ship from our warehouse, and only after which will it be trackable on the courier service platform.

Orders within Klang Valley are usually delivered (after pick up from our warehouse) in the next day, and all other orders around Malaysia will usually take 2-3 shipping days. Deliveries to Singapore take 3-5 shipping days.

How does the Try in-store feature work?

Not sure of your best fit? Take advantage of our try in-store feature! Browse our webstore and add items that you’d like to try in-store at any XIXILI boutique in Malaysia.

Once you’re all done listing your items that you’d like to try on, submit your options and you and our boutiques will receive a confirmation! Your items will be ready at your selected store within 48 hours of your submission and kept in-store for you for 2 weeks.**

We’d recommend having your email confirmation on hand for when you arrive at the store! Email confirmations do not need to be printed out.

*At the moment, only specific collections are applicable for this feature. **Please note that while every effort will be made to ensure that all your stocks will be available in-store for your fitting, there may be an off case where an item may be out of stock. Your Perfect Fitter in–store will be able to guide you to alternative designs that would suit your preferences and fit.

XIXILI carries an extensive range of bras from cups A to I, and bands 65cm to 100cm, so you need not worry about sizes. We proudly offer fashionable lingerie products that have been designed to ensure the best fit for all individual needs.

For Malaysian and Singaporean shoppers, please do visit us at your respective online shop. XIXILI lingerie is also available at e-marketplaces in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Canada.  Our lingerie items are also sold at our boutiques and counters across Malaysia and Vietnam. How can I pay for my order?

Our payment gateway transacts in USD and accepts all International debit and credit cards - Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal as a form of payment.

Are returns and exchanges allowed?

Due to hygiene reasons, only bras, sleepwear and slips are accepted for our 14 calendar day exchange policy, from the date of receipt, via parcel returns to our warehouse. Panties, shapewear, and all accessories will not be accepted. The returns policy is calculated from the date of receipt of the order at your delivery address, and to the date the returned parcel is shipped out to be returned to our warehouse. Shipment delivery timelines are not calculated.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping on exchanges for international orders. If you need to exchange or return from an international location outside of Malaysia or Singapore, please follow these steps: 

  1. To submit for a product exchange request, please submit your request via email to shoponline@xixili-intimates.com.
  2. Pack and ship the products back to us at the address provided via email. We recommend that you use a registered postal service, as we will not be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.
  3. Once the products have been received at our warehouse, you will be notified via email on the status of your exchange after receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse. If your return is approved, we will credit store credit to your account on the XIXILI webstore for you to make a new purchase. We will issue the store credit to you within 3 working days.
  4. Please note shipping fees may be applicable to your exchanged product shipment if free shipping thresholds are not met on your return order.

You will enjoy free shipping globally for orders USD350 and above. Shipping charges, if incurred, will be calculated and confirmed at the end of your order, before the final payment. Please note that some countries require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advice you to know the import regulations of your country and to understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as product merchandise from a commercial shipper.
